Join Solutions Center Domestic Violence Program’s Healthy Relationships Group where community members can learn tools and tips to build healthy relationships with others. Topics of conversation include, but are not limited to, emotions, boundaries, respect, self-esteem, stress/self-care.
Participants are invited to bring their own journal or create one with our art supplies. This program is designed to promote mental health and well-being by incorporating the powerful practice of mindful journaling. Journaling is for individuals looking for self-discovery, reflection, and emotional regulation through the art of expressive writing.
This group is guided by peers who successfully manage their own recovery and wellness. Here you will find support in a sincere, confidential setting.
